We are happy to make the reservation and booking for you directly.

After your confirmation we will send you the invoice and our house rules by e-mail. Please note that at least 50% of the rental amount must be transferred to us upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining amount, should be transferred to our account at least 28 calendar days before your scheduled arrival. If your reservation and arrival are within 28 or less calendar days, the entire rental amount is due immediately.

Free cancellation is only possible up to 28 calendar days. If a guest does not arrive for the booked stay or breaks off the stay prematurely, we charge 80% of the order sum, as far as another rental is not possible. We always recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
